Must suck to find out your man is worse than Romney.

It's interesting what can happen when you remove the media filter and let the candidates face off. I imagine that a lot of the liberals in this forum are just as panicked and distressed as the MSNBC cast.

Politics long ago ceased being about the better candidate and having to decide who is the least worst.

Obama has 4 years of a horrible economic record and the liberals are surprised he's now behind in the polls?
Wait until his record gets hammered in the next couple of debates and see how far down he goes.
Less than 30 days.....November 6th approaches.

Given the 4 YEARS of yammering why is Obama just now slightly behind (or, rather, tied within the margin of error) in some polls (but not others)? Oh and not, of course, in the arena that matters: the electoral college.
Being in office during a swing from LOSING 863,000 jobs per month to GAINING 140,000 private sector jobs per month isn't what I'd term "horrible", though the Great Recession certainly was. But that had it's origin far before President Obama defeated McCain/Palin.
Heck given American's impatience with any sort of economic problem he should lose, not due to anything much beyond voters prefer a scapegoat from the historic record. That it's close is largely due to voters not actually buying that "everything that got us into recession, but MORE" is an actual formula to recover further. Oh and the wars and interventions Romney promises? WAY cause to pause.

Since the Electoral college has already made its decision, why do the citizens even need to vote? It could declare a winner now and save us all the BS of the next month.
