well i guess if we are going to resort to name calling i guess that would make you a whinny liberal bitch....and yes f**ktard I do realize you can illegally obtain a gun or could obtain a gun prior to beginning your criminal life. My poit is, dip$h!t, is that all that making any sort of weapon illegal is going to do is stop honest citizens from obtaining one. Criminals are criminals they will find a way and something like a little law saying they cant wont stop them.....dumb ass

Would someone please post the stats again showing how much more dangerous for the residents of a home with guns is than one without?
The usual victims of gun violence are the members of the family which has guns, not the other way round.
Nick could also use some time to study the drop in gun violence for Australia after them imposed serious gun controls and took guns out of the hands of many criminals through limiting many shooters and having strict registration of all guns.

Montana is just trying to avoid the fact that cops are big supporters for gun control, strict registration and banning of assault weapons.
Red neck sheriffs who are elected by gun nuts in the sticks oppose smart guns and all other gun controls, but the great majorityof cops understand how much safer the country, and their jobs, would be with sensible gun controls.

"Smart" guns cannot be fired while wearing gloves and if one cop needs to grab another cop's handgun for some reason while in a firefight, it wouldn't work. Under that 2nd one, long guns would have to be issued to specific LEOs and other cops arriving at a scene couldn't use them.
Sure cops are for better gun control. What's that got to do with objecting to smart gun tech?
