Rep. Steve Stockman (R-Tex.) says he’s willing to initiate impeachment proceedings against President Obama should the White House implement new gun regulations through executive action.

Might be tough to get a conviction in the Senate. Of course, this all depends on how it is done, and what it involves.

Well sure, but that's not the point. EO's are no way for a president to operate in a true republic.

Because I'm American. Can you answer the question? What is your nationality?

Why won't you tell me what your nationality is? US is not a nationality. Any American would know that.

Well, I mean the language you choose for gun owners, advocates for the 2nd amendment, believers in individual sovereignty, and civil liberties, your hatred is apparent.

Here's the list of the administration's proposals: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv....oposals
This one:"Provide incentives for police departments to hire school resource officers through COPS hiring grants." Is actually consistent with Sidwell School's employment of 12 armed school safety officers contrary to the NRA advert.
Oh and nothing that pops "impeachment" leapt out.

(TehipiteTom @ Jan. 16 2013, 1:46 pm)
QUOTE What the President is doing is an outrage: QUOTE Responding to reports that President Obama is considering signing as many as nineteen executive orders on gun control, Republicans in Congress unleashed a blistering attack on him today, accusing Mr. Obama of “cynically and systematically using his position as President to lead the country.”
Spearheading the offensive was Rep. Steve Stockman (R-Texas), who....accused Mr. Obama of “manipulating a little-known section of the Constitution,” Article II, which outlines the power of the President....
“President Obama looks down the list of all of the powers that are legally his and he’s like a kid in a candy store,” Rep. Stockman said. “It’s nauseating.”
The Texas congressman said that if Mr. Obama persists in executing the office of the Presidency as defined by the Constitution, he could face “impeachment and/or deportation.” "Deportation" Oh so totally! Send him back to Hawaii where he came from, such a foreigner!

One more prime example of cost saving proposals from the Party of NO.
This bunch of clowns may be able to completely destroy the Republican Party.
