A drone might be coming to your front yard. Due to a federal law which was passed last year, drones can now be flown in the first 400 feet of federal airspace. This distance above the ground is know as hobbyist airspace. This means that a drone could be hovering right over your roof and you can't do anything about it
Today at the Newhouse School of Communications a seminar was held to inform the public of some of the benefits this new technology will have on journalism
"The airspace above a piece of property is not for the exclusive use of the property owner. Simply flying above the airspace of a piece of property is not in and of itself a trespass," said Livolsi. "If there is a low flying aircraft which somehow damages or interferes with the use of property, then in that case it could be a trespass."

Hmm, nope not loaning or selling my upland bird gun. I have owned it since I was 16 years old, and it will go to a grandson when I die.

Just go sunbathing in a bikini or Speedo often (I'm not even going to delve into that choice with this forum). That'll show them..

The larger ones will be good sport with a bird gun. The smaller ones will probably be good sport for the hawks in the hollow where I live. I suppose it is just a matter of time until we are all going to need a better mouse trap. ;-)

The drones you can see from 400' are merely decoys to distract you from the miniscule and cybermetric invaders of privacy.
I wonder if any president can challenge the Powers That Be (aka National Security State) and to what degree this president or any other really wants to.
