(NaturalNews) The two-year anniversary of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster is rapidly approaching, and the waters around the crippled plant are still highly contaminated with radiation, according to new reports. A fish caught as part of an ongoing Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) seafood monitoring program recently tested at levels of 254,000 becquerels per kilogram (Bq/kg) of radioactive cesium, or roughly 2,540 times higher than the maximum legal limit of 100 Bq/kg established by the government for seafood.

ONE fish? If they want to establish a timeline they need to collect a lot of fish at some interval of weeks or months, of the same species, and do the measurements right. With a thirty year half life for Cesium-137 that one fish could have gotten that dose all on day one of the accident, there's no way to know.
Truly pathetic "science".

Here, educate yourself HSF.
(CNN) -- Radiation levels in fish caught near the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant remain high long after the 2011 meltdowns there, suggesting contamination from the site might still be seeping into Pacific waters, a U.S. researcher reported Thursday.

Well then there are data from a lot more than one fish, cute name* or no, from a time series plotted by species and reported by an actual oceanographic research institute rather than a news show.
http://www.whoi.edu/page.do?pid=7545&tid=3622&cid=153749
* "The contaminated fish, which has been dubbed "Mike the Murasai,"
"The high levels of radiation detected in Mike the Murasai would not necessarily be as big of a concern if they were less than previously detected levels. But according to reports, the 254,000 Bq/kg of cesium identified is nearly 10 times higher than the amount detected in scorpion fish caught last August,...."
So one fish compared to a number of fish sampled last August, which does not establish a significant trend. So I stand by my judgment that the OP news article isn't based on much resembling science.
The WHOI data shows a very complex phenomena of uncertain processes. I agree with the primary scientific author that further monitoring is very prudent.

Yes, there is data from more than one fish. Any thoughts on the findings?
