Pretty in Pink
Serves 1

1 large flour tortilla
1 single serving container strawberry cream cheese
1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries (bananas would be good too - or both!)

At home: wrap the tortilla in foil. Place the strawberries in zip lock bag.

In camp: spread the tortilla with the cream cheese. Top with the strawberries. Roll and eat.

Gregs site is pretty cool.

I spent a few looking at plants and found this.I know, but it's new to me.I'll have to look for one to add to my garden.
And see if I can't find one in the wild :)

Greg is a sweetheart for sure. He and I had a great phone conversation recently about the orchid hike in 2008 and the one for 2009, among many other things. I'm hoping to get out hiking with him later in the summer too. We've both hiked the same trails for years.

He was telling me about the sun dews that have appeared on the Huron shores now that the water levels are lower. Quite fascinating as I didn't know we had them here.

Ok, Di, was doing a search on something and found this thread.  What is the strawberry cream cheese you were raving about and is it still available?  This wrap sounds way better than salami/cheddar lunches!

The philly brand one.  Sometimes you can find them in single serve packets. They come in a 4-pack.

Not technically, but it will be fine in mild temperatures.
