I have no idea if this is a squash or not.  It is in my garden, but I have no idea what it is.  Any ideas?  I want to eat it but am not sure how to prepare it.  And I have tired google, to no avail.

Thanks

I have no idea what it is or what else is growing in your garden, but sometimes squash will cross pollinate.  I like mine cut in half and baked or grilled

I was going to tell you to leave it as long as possible.  Oh well.

It's obviously very immature.  The size of the stem says it wanted to be a big something.  I'd say pumpkin.

And you can eat green pumpkin.  Google that.

Gee,  I thought from the topic heading you intended to change your name and drop off the grid...

I'd vote for soup. Look in a Moosewoods cookbook.
