I haven't been up there since October or so, what you need to know??  I do know it was still there as of a couple weeks ago, I could see it from Gaundineer knob :D

I just talked to Mel at the Mtn Institute and she says they only have about 2" of snow there and it is melting off quick. She thinks the road is clear to the top!

Yeah, there was no snow at all up there this time last week.  I suspect that area might have got 1-2' of snow last week, sun shined all day Sunday, and it was in the 50's and rained here (near Elkins) all day.  All snow is gone now, all be it a muddy mess.

Nothing unusual to be able to go to Spruce knob in January if you catch the weather right.  After Wednesday, I'm not so sure, calling for snow again.
