Just got e-mailed:

The Poe Paddy Tunnel has been closed by DCNR Bald Eagle State Forest due to structural concerns. At this time there is no official re-route short of bushwhacking around the trouble spot. The MSTA will be looking into this situation in the near future.

I was expecting this to be about the Paw Paw Tunnel, also closed (due to a rock slide in the cut downstream).

Back to the MST, how easy would it be to bushwhack from the upstream portal to Old Mingle Road?  Looks like a half mile (whoops, MST...) looks like just under a km, and photos suggest there may be an old grade.
