I was in Connecticut for the first time in my life and we went to Talcott Mountain State Park and walked to the top of the hill.  Those of you who know this park, you will remember that there are a lot of people and the trail is wide and well groomed.  The trail goes to a tower, but we didn't make it that far since we were hiking on Thanksgiving day and had to get back to the house to tend to the dinner!

I attended Talcott Mt Science Center back around 1975.  Never hiked up though  :(
