No such thing as the Presidential Trail (see map below). Are you thinking of a Presidential Range Traverse ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presidential_Traverse )?

Yeah my mistake it is the Pres Traverse that I am thinking of, does anyone have any beta on weather or terrain. Im waiting for my map to come in, and I know the weather can change drastically up in that area. So any help would be great, thanks guys.

Terrain: They call Mt. Washington "The Rockpile", and it lives up to its nickname. On either end of the Presi Range, there will be a 4,000' ascent/descent over approximately 4 miles (relatively steep... 20% grade). Once on top of the range, the ascent of each peak is relatively easy. All routes are non-technical.

Weather: As you already alluded to, the weather is extremely variable... especially in Fall. This page can help you out... http://www.mountwashington.org/weather/

You planning to do it as a dayhike or overnight?

Planning to do the entire Presi Traverse over a 3 day period since its a 23 mile trek if need be ill be adding  a 4th day being a weather day. Im in no rush or wanting to do it in one push, my father and another climbing buddy of mine will be joining me so we want to enjoy ourselves.
