Very slightly used, 30 yr old ice ax.  72 cm, 1 pound 14 ounces.  Blue fiberglass handle.

I am looking to sell this, but if someone knows a good home I might be inclined to give it away.

would love to find an old wood-handled GPIW ice axe and a beat up lost arrow - to hang on the wall above my long-tailed wood snowshoes.

our local REI has a couple of wood-handled axes that they use as door handles - encased in some kind of resin.

have pondered a late-night voyage to swipe one of them, but i think the headline "criminal defense lawyer caught stealing REI door handles" would be bad for business.

Seeing stuff I still use as kitsch or "museum" things (my Hobie longboard, Corky Carroll signature model semi nose rider bolted to the ceiling of the Hobie museum in Hawaii) pisses me off.

I am NOT getting old!
