Try SportHill clothing.  I saw numerous tops with thumb holes when I was shopping their store.  Sierra Trading Post has deals and LL Bean has a 10% coupon on their website.

Another vote for sporthill.  I have several of their shirts and use them for cooler temps and windy conditions.

I have short arms and long waist, so talls give me extra long sleeves and a snip with scissors gives me thumb holes.  STP has good deals.

Maybe a stupid question but what do you use the shirt with a thumb hole for? Just curious.

I like them because they pull my shirt sleeves inside my gloves when I put them on.

thumb holes give you a little covering on your hand to keep it a little warm like fingerless gloves.

I always thought thumb holes were a  gimmick.  Then I got a shirt with them and their advantages immediately became obvious.
