Are you a freezer bag/dehydrated food bag cozy user? I have a cozy I am willing to part with for FREE. And if you act now, I will make it TWO cozies - that's right - TWO COZIES for FREE  :D

Seriously, I have a 10x10 inch cozy and a smaller 8x5 cozy. I'd be happy to send both of them to a good home. I simply don't use them. I am not a big fan of cooking meals when I backpack (I take food that doesn't need to be cooked).

If you want these, send a PM to me with your address.

Here's a pic of them:

What a deal!  I hope someone who needs them pipes up soon.  You are a real sweetheart to give these away.

P.S.-  Did I ever say Thank You enough for retrieving my tree straps for me?

I will take them. I use Mountain House meals almost exclusively and have been needing to make one so that would be GREAT if they are still available.

Let me know and I will PM you my address. If not, thanks for letting someone have them!

Thanks for your nice words, ol-zeke.
Retrieving your hammock straps was easy. I'm sure you would have done the same thing for me or anyone else here on the forums  :)

tomas, I got your PM. I replied with a couple of websites where I bought the cozies. I just checked the websites; the trail foods.com doesn't have the cozies anymore, but Anti Gravity Gear did.

I made cozies for myself and my frequent bp buddies using a roll of Reflectix (sp?) insulating material and duct tape cut slightly larger than a 1qt. freezer bag.  Added a flap for tucking to seal in the heat.  We've gone completely to freezer-bag cooking.  Just boil water, no dishes to clean.
