I saw this, and thought of my BP buddies...

Absinthe Cookies, A New Kind of Sugar High

Maybe a treat for Pickle Gulch next year?

That was fast!

Well, since the absinthe is only in the icing, I'm thinking you could just buy cookies at one of those special Colorado bakeries...would be an interesting experiment!

Hi...

I've always wanted to try absinthe, but I have the feeling that what is now available in the US is not the original recipe. :(

Depends on the absinthe.

I wish I could remember the name of the brand you brought.  Do you?   Should I even ask this?

I like French and Czech absinthes. Some of which would be easier on noobs.   :;):

Next time I'm in Total Beverage I'll Czech  :p

I think I'd remember the bottle, but I don't recall off-hand.

Actually, there's quite a lot I don't remember, and I don't know if I really want to.....

I know it wasn't Pernaud.  I've had that in the past and it turns that pretty green color....and it didn't knock my on my a$$ like that bottle I brought to PG last fall....
