Absinthe cookies, I usually just eat a bit of chocolate.

Mmmmm...cookies.
Baking cookies and drinking absinthe sounds like the best idea ever!

Hi...
I've always wanted to try absinthe, but I have the feeling that what is now available in the US is not the original recipe.

I wish I could remember the name of the brand you brought. Do you? Should I even ask this?
I like French and Czech absinthes. Some of which would be easier on noobs.

I think I'd remember the bottle, but I don't recall off-hand.
Actually, there's quite a lot I don't remember, and I don't know if I really want to.....
I know it wasn't Pernaud. I've had that in the past and it turns that pretty green color....and it didn't knock my on my a$$ like that bottle I brought to PG last fall....
