Yep. mine was from Webshots and I chose not to continue there.  Once I pick a new host, and load all of my pics there, I will have an avatar again.  If someone can point me in the correct direction for the Tree of Souls, this will be easier.  

Mostly, I just need to quit goofing off and get things done.

When I realized my own avatar was going away, I changed the note to mention it was under construction.

No irony, I'll elaborate.  I don't have anything against small pleasant graphic avatars but as noted rather annoying animated or obviously provocative avatars.   Such are of course much more common on other rather notorious web boards.  

When the new software was loaded I selected one simply in order to be able to visually more easily see my posts which is a useful function.  Within a short time annoying and animated avatars predictably appeared so turned the visual off.   But the fact I didn't bother to delete my own reflects I don't have an issue generally with the avatar concept.
