Very interesting. I've seen videos of apes (?) using grass stalks to get ants, but never birds to get fish.
And to think he did it without a graphite rod, carbon fiber reel, and monofilament line.

I like the way the bird keeps retrieving the bait to make sure it doesn't all get eaten away. It would be impressive enough if it put some bait out and waited but the bait was eaten away before a catch could be made. But s/he really understands what's happening and is almost literally "reeling one in."
