I strongly encourage everyone to see this movie. It will take your breath away. I will add that I came out of the show a bit depressed, as it depicted the damage we are experiencing / causing.

If you have the bandwidth, I highly recommend putting it in HD (use the Gear icon on the bottom) and full-screening it (rectangle in the lower-right corner).
I've watched that sequence many times. It never ceases to amaze me. It's spectacular on the big screen.

That is incredible! Somehow i have not heard of this film before and just looked it up. It appears it is only playing in one theatre where I live and tomorrow might be the last day. I will be at the 10:30am show. Thanks for posting this!
Most of the theater-runs of this movie have already played out. Not being a crappy hollywood production like "Bullet to the Head" it never got the exposure that most mainstream movies get, but documentaries typically don't anyway.
Anyhoo, glad to see it's still playing in a few places. When the theater run ends Nat'l Geographic will publish it on DVD. I plan to pick up a few copies for friends & family then.

I went and saw it yesterday and thought it was really good! I also found out the local theatre is playing it through the weekend, so I'll check it out again on Sat. with my brother.
I found the back story to that clip also incredible. 2 guys sitting in a tent, with cameras to catch any calving event. Daily check ins with their boss. Nothing for 17 days, then while they are on the phone with the boss, this happens. Just amazing.
