Q.} I have a burning sensation in the soles of my feet when I am long-distance hiking, but no blisters. Do you have a solution?

A.} This is a tough one. Your question seems to infer you are okay hiking short distances and on non-hiking days. Regular or persistent foot burning would make me think of nerve injury, diabetes, or some infection, but if the discomfort is only on long hikes, these ideas are less likely.
